Rest assured, we can help simplify the processes involved. All we require from you at this stage is some form of project brief. This text based brief should include you aims and objectives for the web video, along with any preferences you may or may not have with regards to style, length and mood. Other useful information at this stage would be intended audience, budget, deadline plus an insight into your company’s brand identity. From this we can begin developing initial concepts, and then create scripts and storyboards to help you understand how the finished video would look.

In short – yes. We have the ability to work remotely, and am sure we can come to some sort of arrangement depending on your location and size of the project. We also offer a white labelling service for certain companies, should working in-house not be a viable option. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer for this. As a rough guideline, a standard 90 second motion graphics animation cost in the region £700-1500 to create, whilst a standard website build would vary between £500 – £900. We are happy to work to day rates, starting at £130 for graphic design and up to £195 for 3d animation. Alternatively, we can agree a project basis fee once we have the necessary information regarding the project. Once we have a clear idea of the workload involved, we can discuss estimated costs and help you decide which option would be more beneficial.

We would never take on a project that we do not believe we can deliver on time. We appreciate the importance of deadlines, and if your deadline is unrealistic then we would discuss possible options to see what satisfactory work is achievable by such a date.

Existing websites can often have agreed contracts with the original designers, but if this does not apply and you have administrative access to your websites backend, then there is a good chance we can help. We would develop any new web content on a private subdomain of your web address, ensuring you can check over the updates before they go live.

Ideally we need to get hold of the original footage in a digital format, after which we can price up the editing work required. If the footage is on vhs tape then we can still help, but we would need to charge for capturing from vhs into a digital format, and cannot be held responsible for the condition or postage of the tapes.

To create a product in 3d we would ideally want the product itself. However, we understand this is not always possible. We can work from CAD drawings or other architectural design files, but failing that we can even produce accurate 3d models from simple photos or sketches of the product from various angles. Any imagery or logos that are printed or embossed onto the product would also be required to create an accurate 3d visualisation.
