To give their existing logo a re-fresh, modernising the look and feel of the company. It also included producing new designs such as poster boards for trade shows based on the new brand guidelines.
Because of the existing logo and documentation, the plan was to simply re-fresh the design, so that customers were not confused by the new look. This meant we were not starting for a blank canvas, which is always less overwhelming. The restrictions of familiarity do limit creativity, but after playing around with some related layouts and colours, the new logo quickly took shape.
A friendly company that do not have much requirement for technology within their customer service based model. The majority of customers’ order through a weekly checkbox order form, or via the phone. It was very refreshing to come across such a company that focuses all it’s efforts on providing great customer service and sourcing the highest quality goods possible. I hope they are able to implement the updated branding and that the new logo does them proud.
